At QB Itech, this policy outlines the procedures for orders that include the delivery of a physical item, specifically USB drives containing client files or services.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies only to orders that include a physical USB drive. Purely digital product delivery is handled separately and is typically instantaneous via email.
2. Order Processing and Handling

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time: The time required to verify the order, prepare the USB drive (loading files, quality check), and package the item for carrier pickup is 1-2 Business Days.

Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Shipping Method: We use a standard ground shipping service. Specific carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) are chosen based on the destination for optimal service.

Transit Time: Once picked up by the carrier, the estimated shipping time is 3-7 Business Days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 4-9 Business Days from the date of your order for your physical USB drive to arrive. This total time includes both the handling and transit periods.
4. Tracking and Confirmation

A Shipment Confirmation Email will be sent once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This email will include your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
5. Non-Delivery, Lost, or Damaged Items

Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your USB drive is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping carrier error, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and promptly prepare and send a replacement USB drive to you.

Address Error: If an incorrect or invalid shipping address was provided by the customer, we will attempt to reroute or resend the product, but the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.
